Product Guarantee

Our timber buildings are guaranteed against defects under normal circumstances for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. During this time, should a fault arise due to defects in either materials or workmanship, it will be repaired
free of charge

We use only top quality materials and these are inspected during manufacture. However we cannot be held responsible for shrinking, warping, cracking or any other natural timber problems after our guarantee period.

This is an additional benefit and does not effect your statutory legal rights.

Published Specifications

All sizes are expressed in metric and are subject to natural product variations. Sizes expressed in imperial are approximate and supplied for comparison only.

We will try to honour published prices, but due to unexpected variations in the price of raw materials, all published prices are subject to change without notice.

Customer Responsibility

Obtaining the necessary planning permission from the local authority is entirely the customers responsibility.

Customers should ensure that the erection site has been cleared and levelled with the positions for the corners clearly indicated. Where applicable, the position should be in accordance with the plans approved by the local authority. Where specified, the provision of a suitable foundation is the customers responsibility.

Unless our fixing service is used (available at extra cost), J & W Milligan does not accept responsibility for fixing the building to the foundations.

Under no circumstances does J & W Milligan accept responsibility for any subsequent storm damage.
