12mm top quality imported tongued and grooved weatherboard on 75mm x 38mm framing. |
| Roof Sarking : | Roof constructed with trusses at 600mm centres covered with sarking and heavy duty mineral surface roofing felt. Overhang to front 1140mm (3'9") and 200mm (8") at back. Under eaves facias fully lined. |
| Roof Onduline: | Roof trusses at 1830mm (6') centres with 75mm x 38mm purlins and corrugated Onduline black, green or red. Complete with under eaves and fascias. |
| Guttering : | Deepflow guttering is available on any building (at a small extra cost). |
| Windows : | 1 acrylic window made to open. |
| Interior : | 1220mm (4') 18mm thick plywood kickboards, supplied and fitted all round walls and to rear of door. Full height kickboards are available at an extra cost. |
| Doors : | Stable door complete with anti-chew straps, 18" galvanised hook and band hinges and galvanised kickover bolts. |
| Base : | A concrete base with a single course of brick is suggested. A site visit thereafter will be arranged. |
| Fixing : | We will fix the unit to the base with through bolts on erection. |
| Viewing : | Arrangements can be made to visit one of our equestrian buildings in or as near your own area as possible. |
